The Association Success Manager (ASM) serves as the strategic lead and relationship manager for a portfolio of professional and trade association partners, with a focus on their careers and job board business. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, optimizing product performance, and ensuring client satisfaction through the delivery of career center, job board, and recruitment advertising solutions. The ASM partners closely with the careers sales teams and cross-functional teams to align Naylor’s career solutions with each association’s workforce development goals. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, strong relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of both Association strategies and B2B recruitment marketing.
