Enterprise Sales Executive

Naylor Association Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to own new business growth and account expansion for HealthCareerCenter.com (HCC) and our network of 200+ healthcare association job boards across the National Healthcare Career Network. HCC connects healthcare employers to a highly targeted, association-driven audience of clinicians and healthcare professionals, while our association-powered career centers extend that reach deep into every corner of the healthcare ecosystem.

This is a role for a self-starter who thrives in outside sales, consultative selling, and building relationships from scratch. You will not simply take orders — you will identify markets, craft outreach strategies, and build a repeatable sales motion that drives job posting and digital media revenue across hospital systems, health centers, physician groups, and other healthcare employers. The goal is clear: grow job posting and media sales by positioning HCC and our association network as the go-to recruiting and branding channels for healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Proactively prospect and qualify new healthcare employer accounts, including hospital and health systems, community health centers, large medical groups, and healthcare staffing firms.
  • Build and manage a robust outbound pipeline through targeted email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and partner referrals, with a focus on net-new logo acquisition.
  • Conduct high-impact discovery calls and meetings to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment challenges, then translate those into tailored job posting and media solutions.

Job Posting & Network Sales

  • Position HCC and our 200+ association job boards as a unified, extended-reach solution that delivers targeted access to physicians, nurses, allied health, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Sell single and multi-post packages, duration-based postings, and subscription/job slot solutions that align with employer hiring volumes and budget.
  • Lead consultative conversations on network distribution, helping employers understand how jobs will flow across HCC and association sites to maximize qualified applicants.

Digital Media & Employer Branding

  • Package and sell digital media solutions that complement job postings, including banner ads, featured employer profiles, newsletter placements, and sponsored content across HCC and partner job boards.
  • Educate clients on how to use brand campaigns, talent pipelines, and content marketing to attract passive candidates and build long-term awareness in key clinical specialties.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine inventory, positioning, and pricing for new advertising and sponsorship offerings as they come to market.

Territory & Relationship Management

  • Own a defined book of business and territory plan, including target accounts, outreach cadences, and revenue goals by segment.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with talent acquisition leaders, HR executives, and recruitment marketing stakeholders at key healthcare accounts.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, regularly reviewing performance, sharing insights, and recommending optimizations to job posting mix and media campaigns.

Collaboration & Feedback Loop

  • Partner closely with association relations and partner success teams to coordinate employer outreach that supports association career center revenue goals.
  • Provide structured feedback from employers on product gaps, pricing, and competitive dynamics to inform HCC and network roadmap decisions.
  • Work with marketing to develop sales enablement content, case studies, and campaigns that support pipeline generation and deal progression.

Sales Process, Forecasting & Performance

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close, ensuring a disciplined approach to CRM hygiene and deal management.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting, including deal probabilities, timelines, and risk, with clear communication to leadership.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as new logo acquisition, job posting volume, average deal size, renewal and expansion rates, and total booked revenue.

Success Looks Like

  • Consistent attainment and outperformance of quarterly and annual new business and total revenue targets for HCC and the association job board network.
  • A growing portfolio of strategic healthcare employer accounts using HCC and the network as a primary channel for clinical and non-clinical hiring.
  • Increased average deal sizes through multi-site, multi-product solutions that combine job postings with digital media and employer branding.
  • Strong, referenceable relationships with talent acquisition leaders who view you as a trusted partner rather than a transactional vendor.
  • A disciplined, scalable outbound sales motion that can be replicated and expanded across territories and verticals.
  • Clear, data-driven visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and product-market fit for job posting and media offerings.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, with a track record of success in outside sales, new business development, or enterprise/strategic accounts.
  • Experience selling recruitment solutions, job boards, HR tech, digital media, or talent acquisition services strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building and closing net-new business, including prospecting into cold accounts and navigating complex buying groups in HR and talent acquisition.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to diagnose hiring needs, quantify business impact, and propose multi-product solutions.
  • Comfort discussing digital media concepts (impressions, CTR, conversions), talent funnels, and recruitment marketing KPIs with both marketing and HR stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to sales, with fluency in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story and lead strategic conversations with senior decision makers.
  • Genuine self-starter who is energized by building, experimenting, and iterating in a high-growth environment with evolving products and playbooks.
  • Experience selling into healthcare organizations or associations is a significant plus.
